Lunch breaks vary by department, and with all the phone calls, noise, and poor soundproofing, you can basically forget about sleeping during lunch.

The supervisor is very moody and inconsistent in word and action; anything they have said can be forgotten.

Also, the more you say or do, the more mistakes you make. Suggestions are questioned or shot down, but the final result is the suggestion originally proposed...speechless.

Because these conditions make it difficult to recruit and retain people, it is easy to get hired. It is suitable for fresh graduates to gain experience, but staying long-term is not recommended. After gaining some experience, switch jobs as soon as possible.

Still, it is recommended that you look elsewhere, as another place would be more suitable. Unless absolutely necessary, do not go there.
