No advantages at all

Cons

I’ve interviewed with many companies, and this one is absolutely among the worst. The woman who interviewed me was extremely rude. Before the interview, they demanded a whole lot of things, including having me send in my portfolio, but they clearly didn’t look at it at all. They hadn’t even reviewed my basic qualifications, completely wasting my time. They also asked me to share my pages and explain them one by one. Throughout the process, they kept asking irrelevant, unprofessional, and deliberately nitpicky questions, repeatedly asking how I did things, which parts I had come up with, and why I had done things that way—with a very bad attitude. In the end, she said, “You have so many pieces” (with a sarcastic laugh), “but I don’t know what your actual area of expertise is.” They also expected me to know their clinic extremely well, even though they were evasive when answering questions. At one point, I asked a question and she just sat there with a sour expression, refusing to answer or say anything. It was unbelievably absurd, haha. Finally, they asked me to create a trial banner for their official website, saying it would be unpaid and free, as if that were perfectly reasonable—as though their brand were incredibly impressive. In reality, the visual quality was really poor, and the website looked like a scam. I simply told them, “Please find someone else. Thank you.”

It’s been a long time since the supervisor was replaced. I’ve heard that the former supervisor has returned, so it’s no surprise that the reviews are bad.

There are lots of miscellaneous tasks, and the supervisor is extremely picky.

They don’t explain all the changes that need to be made at once, and even when requesting revisions, they focus on things that are irrelevant.

On the surface, there doesn’t seem to be much work to do,

but if they take a dislike to you, they’ll find all kinds of ways to make things difficult for you—even leaving work on time after a full nine-hour day becomes an issue.

On top of that, the supervisor’s personality is so bad that everyone has experienced it firsthand,

which means that whenever cross-departmental support is needed, you run into all kinds of obstacles,

and then the supervisor starts freaking out again.

I can only urge everyone: please, do not come here. It’s not even worth it just to pad your résumé.

Be careful—you may end up learning nothing, burning yourself out, and having your mental state shattered by the supervisor’s workplace manipulation (PUA).

Pros

*The work atmosphere changed completely after we got a new supervisor after the Lunar New Year!

I originally thought I was joining as a social media editor, but under the previous supervisor, I had to rescue my colleagues from the tiger’s mouth almost every day. Just thinking about going to work was exhausting.

Now the work atmosphere has finally returned to normal~The new supervisor respects design expertise and is very willing to communicate, as well as being enthusiastic about sharing. Just a few days ago, the new supervisor organized a birthday party for a colleague, and they regularly share many food recommendations. Now I feel spiritually fulfilled at work. www

*The work has been redefined, and the roles have returned to normal.

Although there were previously separate roles for graphic design, audiovisual work, and assistants, the responsibilities among them were unclear. Sometimes I would even look back at my interview notes in the middle of the night to make sure I hadn’t applied for the wrong position (hey). In addition, there were many meaningless miscellaneous tasks to do. Those who left negative reviews earlier know what they were; if you feel the same, add a +1 below (enough already).

Now the division of work has finally returned to normal, and the vaguely defined “other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor,” which took up more than half of our working hours, has also said goodbye! The job duties are now exactly what is listed on 104!! Of course, there are still minor administrative support tasks, such as helping find customer photos or files, but since they don’t happen every day and aren’t treated as urgent matters like everything was before, they’re tolerable as a little change of pace during downtime.

As for marketing-related knowledge, the new supervisor has hands-on marketing experience and is willing to share and teach, but doesn’t force us to handle the tedious parts of their work (yes, I’m talking about the previous “marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor”). So this aspect depends on the person. If you’d like to strengthen your marketing skills along the way, you’re welcome to join us as a colleague!

*Flexible working hours and freedom at work

My dream after entering the workforce was to find a job where I could start after 10 a.m., so now I clock in at 12 every day (hey). Of course, I have to thank my colleagues here~We still have regular tasks that require teamwork, so everyone handles the parts requiring collaboration in advance, and then enjoys flexible working hours www

Cons

*The filing system is a bit complicated, making it difficult for newcomers to get up to speed

Especially for people who aren’t naturally good at organizing or aren’t detail-oriented, simply remembering where to store files and shared materials can take more than a month. But once you get the hang of it.....it’s just filing and organizing, so it isn’t particularly difficult.

*We can never reach full staffing; we’re perpetually short-handed

I guess....this is probably the impact of our reputation from before /___\

I sincerely beg for more colleagues to show up.....please.............OQ

Pros

Colleagues are fairly friendly.

In addition to the responsibilities of your own position, you also have to handle many miscellaneous administrative tasks, which may help improve your attention to detail.

Cons

The employee turnover rate is very high, the office is very small, the atmosphere at work is oppressive, and the manager has a domineering management style and a very bad temper. However, the manager also has poor taste, and keeps changing decisions that have already been made. There is a lot to do every day, in addition to completing tasks assigned by the manager at short notice.

It is a responsibility-based system with no fixed break times, and overtime is commonplace. The flexible working hours result in poor team efficiency.

Overtime pay is available, but you have to apply to the manager for it, and the manager decides whether your overtime was beneficial.

Overall, there is a lot to learn, so everyone should decide for themselves whether it is a good fit.

Cons

The interviewer was difficult to deal with overall and acted very condescending.

After waiting for the interviewer for a while, when we met, they did not even look me in the eye. They simply took my application form into a small room, sat down without acknowledging me, and then told me that my qualifications did not meet their requirements, asking, “Did you even look at the conditions our company listed?” Please—it was you who invited me to the interview! The conclusion is that it was fortunate I did not join this company. Judging by the manager’s attitude, things probably would not have gone well after joining.
