It’s been a long time since the supervisor was replaced. I’ve heard that the former supervisor has returned, so it’s no surprise that the reviews are bad.

There are lots of miscellaneous tasks, and the supervisor is extremely picky.

They don’t explain all the changes that need to be made at once, and even when requesting revisions, they focus on things that are irrelevant.

On the surface, there doesn’t seem to be much work to do,

but if they take a dislike to you, they’ll find all kinds of ways to make things difficult for you—even leaving work on time after a full nine-hour day becomes an issue.

On top of that, the supervisor’s personality is so bad that everyone has experienced it firsthand,

which means that whenever cross-departmental support is needed, you run into all kinds of obstacles,

and then the supervisor starts freaking out again.

I can only urge everyone: please, do not come here. It’s not even worth it just to pad your résumé.

Be careful—you may end up learning nothing, burning yourself out, and having your mental state shattered by the supervisor’s workplace manipulation (PUA).
