＊The work atmosphere changed completely after we got a new supervisor after the Lunar New Year!

I originally thought I was joining as a social media editor, but under the previous supervisor, I had to rescue my colleagues from the tiger’s mouth almost every day. Just thinking about going to work was exhausting.

Now the work atmosphere has finally returned to normal～The new supervisor respects design expertise and is very willing to communicate, as well as being enthusiastic about sharing. Just a few days ago, the new supervisor organized a birthday party for a colleague, and they regularly share many food recommendations. Now I feel spiritually fulfilled at work. www

＊The work has been redefined, and the roles have returned to normal.

Although there were previously separate roles for graphic design, audiovisual work, and assistants, the responsibilities among them were unclear. Sometimes I would even look back at my interview notes in the middle of the night to make sure I hadn’t applied for the wrong position (hey). In addition, there were many meaningless miscellaneous tasks to do. Those who left negative reviews earlier know what they were; if you feel the same, add a +1 below (enough already).

Now the division of work has finally returned to normal, and the vaguely defined “other marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor,” which took up more than half of our working hours, has also said goodbye! The job duties are now exactly what is listed on 104!! Of course, there are still minor administrative support tasks, such as helping find customer photos or files, but since they don’t happen every day and aren’t treated as urgent matters like everything was before, they’re tolerable as a little change of pace during downtime.

As for marketing-related knowledge, the new supervisor has hands-on marketing experience and is willing to share and teach, but doesn’t force us to handle the tedious parts of their work (yes, I’m talking about the previous “marketing-related tasks assigned by the supervisor”). My dream after entering the workforce was to find a job where I could start after 10 a.m., so now I clock in at 12 every day (hey). Of course, I have to thank my colleagues here～We still have regular tasks that require teamwork, so everyone handles the parts requiring collaboration in advance, and then enjoys flexible working hours www

＊The filing system is a bit complicated, making it difficult for newcomers to get up to speed

Especially for people who aren’t naturally good at organizing or aren’t detail-oriented, simply remembering where to store files and shared materials can take more than a month. But once you get the hang of it.....it’s just filing and organizing, so it isn’t particularly difficult.

＊We can never reach full staffing; we’re perpetually short-handed
