The clients are all major brands
There are opportunities to learn through hands-on experience
Everything people say here is true: after joining the company, I was assigned a major project but had no senior colleague to guide me, so I had to work directly with the supervisor. In the short time I worked there, more than half of my time was spent working overtime (staying past 8 p.m. was the norm, and plenty of people left at midnight as well).
The supervisor’s instructions were unclear, and they liked to change them constantly. After all the revisions, they would decide to use the original version, but many other follow-up tasks were already underway, so we had to redo everything we had done. Messages would come in late at night demanding immediate action. If I did not reply after work, the supervisor would ask first thing the next morning whether I had seen the message and require a response. The supervisor was a workaholic and therefore expected employees to put in the same level of effort. Not working overtime meant you were not working hard enough. The pressure was immense, and there was no time for leisure.
The employees throughout the company all had very short tenures (in other words, they did not stay long). You can think about what that means.
All I can say is: There is a limit to how much money you can make; take care of your life and health.

When I arrived, I first filled in some basic information and answered a few short-answer questions, such as what I thought my strengths and weaknesses were, or what I would do if a client had a very low budget but still expected me to achieve a certain objective—questions of that sort. After waiting about 20 minutes, the supervisor finally had time. I was not even given the chance to introduce myself; they made the entire decision based solely on my education and work experience. They were also extremely rude, constantly interrupting me and making disparaging remarks. The interview ended in less than 10 minutes. An extremely poor interview experience.

3. Bombards you with LINE messages on holidays; if you don’t read them, you still get berated!

6. Sends registered legal notices threatening to sue you
7. Still tries to take advantage of you when you submit your resignation
9. The boss has a terrible temper, verbally abuses employees, and throws pens and cups—everything is fair game
10. Clearly the boss, yet pretends to be merely an associate general manager; claims many things cannot be approved without authorization, but makes all the decisions personally under unreasonable internal rules?!
The ten charges would be impossible to finish writing... Whoever goes there is doomed!!!!
