The interview took place that day in a meeting room with the associate manager and lasted about half an hour. Throughout the interview, I was treated with considerable respect and received thoughtful responses. We even exchanged business cards at the end. The associate manager was very humorous, and it was a pleasant conversation. They seemed like someone who is very meticulous about their work and highly motivated to win.

The company appears to operate with a lean staffing model. There weren’t many people in the office, but the environment was very clean and looked new. The meeting room directly faces the main road, making it very bright, and the location is also convenient. It takes about three minutes to walk from the MRT station to the office.

Everyone in the office also seemed very friendly and engaged, continually discussing business-related matters. It is a company with a higher proportion of women—the kind that is small but fully equipped.

Since I just had the interview, I’m not yet sure what the disadvantages are. The interview process went smoothly, and someone even called specially before the interview to confirm the interview time, which was very courteous.
