The frontline employees are fairly easy to get along with
The manager engages in workplace psychological manipulation; working there drove me to see a psychiatrist
Applicants with no experience can also be hired
If you are applying to the Quality Assurance/Quality Control department, it is best to run. When there are no orders, the company requires employees to take turns scheduling annual leave. Those without annual leave do not have to schedule it, but the deputy manager of the QA/QC department will privately “ask” those without annual leave to “know what is good for them” and take leave on their own (personal leave will also result in a deduction from the perfect-attendance bonus); otherwise, “you are responsible for the consequences.”

The supervisor is very particular about “respect,” but does not respect employees as people

Extremely inhumane management—everything depends on the general manager’s mood. If a supervisor badmouths you, or if anything minor does not suit the general manager’s wishes, you could very likely be blacklisted permanently; even breathing would be considered wrong.
1. Employees are asked to resign or transfer to another department, while attendance and leave for the entire company are strictly controlled. When using annual leave, employees must clearly explain what personal matter it is for, and it must not be too frequent (measured by the month). If you are being asked to leave, you cannot even take leave to look for another job.
2. After an employee took leave several times due to sudden personal health issues, they were placed on a blacklist. Because they did not want to disclose detailed information about their condition for reasons of personal privacy, they were also suspected and their leave was restricted. Taking leave to see a doctor was extremely difficult.
3. Working in the summer is stuffy and hot, and windows cannot be opened. Regardless of the temperature, employees can only wait until 11:00 to turn on the air conditioning, and it must be turned off early at 4:30. There were even several instances of employees suffering heatstroke while at work. Moreover, in such abnormal weather conditions, employees cannot automatically switch between short- and long-sleeved uniforms. Even when the weather is very cold or very hot, they can only endure the physical discomfort until the company announces the seasonal uniform change.
People coming for interviews had better be mentally, physically, and emotionally strong—able to withstand the cold, the heat, and psychological torment.
Good at talking and pretending, thick-skinned and shameless, knows how to pick sides; even without outstanding work abilities, one can still get by very well.
A section manager in the Quality Assurance Department often casually touches young female employees’ heads during work. Even when female employees say they do not like it, the manager continues to do so.
A deputy manager in Quality Assurance often uses obscene language in public and frequently loudly refers to male genitals, making female employees feel uncomfortable.
Factional infighting within the company is severe. Work is merely a means of competing to win or lose and harming one another. When problems arise, managers hunt for scapegoats rather than actively solving the problems in order to avoid being scolded by the general manager. As a result, the company as a whole does not improve and instead keeps regressing.
Managers are wary of capable employees. Even if they work diligently and keep a low profile, they ultimately become victims of the managers’ internal conflicts.
Summary: This company is not suitable for honest, hardworking people who do not know how to flatter their superiors.
Traditional industry to the extreme~ The salary is quite good~ They’re willing to give bonuses~
-Sales Assistant-
1. From June to October, air conditioning is restricted; it cannot be turned on until 11 a.m.~ The office is stuffy, and from time to time there is cigarette smoke as well as exhaust fumes discharged by the neighboring company.
2. A manager-level person in the office burps constantly throughout the day or repeatedly clears his throat during lunch break. Poor hygiene habits make it impossible to get adequate sleep.
3. Constantly going up and down between the site, the office, and customers on the third floor all day.
4. Standards for doing things are inconsistent; the approach to the same task differs each time.
5. Sometimes there are major information gaps, resulting in miscommunication with the site.
6. At the end of the month, you basically cannot sit in the office for more than a few hours a day. You are mostly on-site conducting inspections, expediting orders, and helping with packaging.
7. On-site efficiency is extremely poor and things simply cannot be expedited. This often cuts into the time available at the end of the month to enter shipments into the system and prepare documents. On Fridays at the end of the month, you may not get off work until after 7 p.m., and overtime is not always properly reported.
8. When customers ask about orders and production control is supposed to reply with the inventory arrival date, they are never able to respond within the deadline. You always have to ask again and again.
9. The efficiency of the entire company is truly terrible. Even when a shipment is urgent, packaging proceeds slowly. Even after packaging is finished, items may simply not be put into inventory. Packaging problems may also be caught by customers, resulting in complaints.
10. For imported bearings that are not purchased by our department, the sales assistant has to apply for the import declaration and subsequent expenses. How can their accuracy be verified?
11. Apart from routine duties, the job basically consists of doing whatever the supervisor says, one task at a time. You also handle anything unrelated to sales, and often serve as a gofer. Calling it a sales assistant position is really calling it the supervisor’s personal assistant and gofer.
12. The on-site team has low cooperation, communication is difficult, and they may even stab you in the back.
13. When there is a problem with an inspection item and it cannot be provided to the customer for inspection downstairs on schedule, the site does not proactively notify anyone. They only tell you they cannot inspect it when sales goes upstairs to ask. Customers may question our company’s credibility.
14. Even after notifying the group chat that an inspection is needed, quality assurance still may not show up when the scheduled time is approaching. They may not answer after several phone calls, so you have to go downstairs personally and notify them, only to be asked in return, “Have I inspected this item?” Who exactly is quality assurance now??? Reports that need to be prepared are not prepared in advance either; they only start looking for them when the customer arrives.
15. Some imported items are very urgent. The other party may require proof of the remittance slip before arranging delivery, but the Finance Department cannot adjust its schedule to provide it in advance. It is only available after at least 5 p.m. each day, and sometimes not until 5:20 p.m. You cannot push them, and they do not respond to reminders; when you do press them, they lose their temper at you.
16. You constantly have to do other departments’ work, e.g., packing goods, working on-site, and handling shipping marks.
17. Work may still be assigned during off-hours and lunch breaks. The supervisor will keep tagging you in the LINE group chat. Things that could clearly have been asked about before you got off work are instead brought up at 6, 7, or 8 p.m. after work. It is completely pointless.
18. If you ask during the interview who your direct supervisor is, and the answer starts with T and it is a woman, run. You do not want to be thrown under the bus when something goes wrong or serve as her gofer. You will walk endlessly every day. Run~~~~~~~
19. The general manager often loses his temper and hurls extremely offensive profanity or makes intensely sarcastic, cutting remarks at employees. Although he does not curse at entry-level employees, how could anyone have a good mood at work after listening to this all day?
20. The turnover rate among sales assistants is extremely high. Run, run, run—because it is important, I’m saying it three times!!!
The new product was immature, yet we pushed it into mass production and delivered it to customers. The result was repair after repair, eroding all the profits—and we even ended up subsidizing it.
