The headquarters office is very large
The office is very large, but the equipment is outdated. In an approximately 600-ping office, there are fewer than 10 people in total.
At headquarters, employees also have to chant slogans and do morning exercises every day. Those interested in applying for an office position should consider carefully.

This is a notorious security company. When a security guard was crushed to death by a rolling shutter door, the company was only willing to pay NT$50,000 in compensation and increased it to NT$300,000 only after being ordered to do so by a judge. I briefly worked for the company as a security guard assigned to a site in southern Taiwan, and, astonishingly, instead of making the salary payments by bank transfer as originally agreed by both parties, it paid them by postdated checks. More importantly, after checking, I found that all positions at the company were classified by the company as “internships” on the first day and were unpaid. What is especially troubling is that this was not disclosed when both parties signed the documents and submitted their identification documents. Many people only discovered this in their first month of receiving their wages. Most importantly, even after the matter was brought before the Labor Bureau for labor-management mediation, the company still insisted on not paying for the first day. It is such a poor-quality company that even the committee members could only shake their heads.
The rate of death from overwork is high; some people have even died at the headquarters. Turnover is extremely, extremely, extremely, extremely high. The person who makes the uniforms is the boss’s wife’s good friend. Besides costing several thousand dollars per set, the office culture is as bad as it gets—spot checks at any time will always uncover violations.
No benefits such as the three annual bonuses, annual leave, year-end bonus, special leave, or overtime pay. Even when a public holiday falls on a workday, there is no day off or compensatory leave. You always get only six days off per month (seven in long months and six in short months). The workday is based on 12-hour shifts, totaling 288 hours per month. The salary calculation method is not transparent. The tie and radio earpiece cable used at work must be purchased from the company. There was no change whatsoever before and after the implementation of the one fixed day off and one flexible rest day policy. Think carefully before joining!!!
