At first, I applied for the “E-commerce Marketing and Operations Manager” position on April 29.
On May 14, I received a notification, but this company contacted me to schedule a video interview for the “Health Products Marketing Specialist” position instead.
I was extremely surprised at the time because there was a considerable gap between that position and the experience I had accumulated to date. I even initially wondered whether I had applied for the wrong position, causing such a basic mistake to occur.
So I immediately checked 104 and discovered that I had not applied for the “Health Products Marketing Specialist” position at all. I then promptly replied through the 104 system:
“Since the position related to my experience and the one I applied for is the ‘E-commerce Marketing and Operations Manager’ position, may I ask whether the interview is for that position? Or is your company currently looking for a ‘Health Products Marketing Specialist’?”
Unexpectedly, the reply I received said that both positions were recruiting, and asked me to talk with them online to see which position would be more suitable for me?!
I really have to ask: Does the HR team at this company actually have any experience? The entire recruitment process was extremely careless and haphazard.
First, they sent the wrong recruitment information to a candidate. For such a basic mistake, they initially neither acknowledged it nor apologized. Not only did they show no respect for people, they also wanted me to spend time talking with them so they could decide whether I was suitable for the “Health Products Marketing Specialist” position paying around 30K. They clearly did not review the candidate’s résumé before acting, and did not even have basic judgment. Is this really acceptable?
Second, after I directly declined the interview invitation from this company, I unexpectedly received an interview notification shortly afterward for the “E-commerce Marketing and Operations Manager” position I had originally applied for. They then apologized and said they had just confused me with someone else!?!? Does everyone think companies have never used the enterprise version of 104?
Beyond speechlessness, there is nothing else to say. They failed to properly carry out the things they should have done, and were completely confused. For HR to operate at this level and in this state is truly...
Fortunately, I declined immediately. Fortunately, I encountered such an absurd situation. Fortunately, I did not go.
1. Start work at 9:00; you can take a ten-minute buffer before entering the office.
2. You can take leave freely, but there will always be days when the work isn't finished :)
3. The colleagues are fairly friendly; as for the friendliness of senior management... well... hard to say.

1. Freedom and flexibility: clock in when you start work, but no need to clock out when you leave. The bosses are willing to listen to their employees’ opinions.
2. The colleagues are young, so it’s fun and relaxed working together. You can even scream at work.
3. There are lots of snacks and fruit to eat, and food samples are often available to take home.
4. Business trip expenses are reimbursed 100% (I’ve heard of cases where people weren’t reimbursed at all, so I thought I’d mention it).
1. The system is still being established; you clock in when you start work, but leaving time is based on a responsibility system.
2. When the bosses panic, the pace of their instructions becomes chaotic too. But it’s their company, so there’s not much we can do ☺️
3. The work is varied and interesting, but it can also be busy and exhausting.
