The boss is very generous and often buys snacks for dinner to reward those who work overtime.
The salary and bonuses are generous, and the pay is higher than that of similar positions for people of the same age.
Attendance is not much of a concern; you can leave on time after work.
Cons
Small company with no established systems.
Frequent policy changes are normal.
Very good at making grand promises.
