Leaving work on time
The business goals have never had a clear direction. In 2019, the company laid off two groups totaling eight people, and now fewer than 10 employees remain. There is no future, and the company no longer publishes new books.
The company is very close to the MRT exit
They called in the morning to ask about the onboarding date
They called at noon to ask whether I could come for a second interview
They called in the evening to say that I didn’t need to report for work
If this is the attitude of the company’s recruiters,
I imagine the company’s decisions must also be changed on a whim.
Arrive and leave work on time; there is no overtime pay (if you can't finish the work, that's your own problem).
The company completely ignores its employees (outsiders). People with connections to the company can do whatever they want without consequences, and mass layoffs won't affect you. To avoid making the news for mass layoffs, they used some little tricks. The chairman, the general manager, and the person who posted NT$400 million bail behind the scenes are all part of the same group. Go check the stock price too. All I can say is that this is not a company you can stay at, haha.

Regular working hours (9–18)
The company's direction keeps wavering. This year, it laid off several batches of employees, and even the newly developed departments were scrapped. Most of the people who remained have “connections” to affiliated companies. Managers' spies can receive repeated salary increases, and they can also push their work onto others.
