The company completely ignores its employees (outsiders). People connected to the company can do whatever they want without consequences, and mass layoffs won't affect you. To avoid making the news for carrying out mass layoffs, they used some underhanded tactics. The chairman, general manager, and the person behind the scenes who posted NT$400 million bail are all part of the same group. Go take a look at the stock price too. All I can say is that this isn't a company you can stay at, haha.
