The company completely ignores its employees (outsiders). People with connections to the company can do whatever they want without consequences, and mass layoffs won't affect you. To avoid making the news for mass layoffs, they used some little tricks. The chairman, the general manager, and the person who posted NT$400 million bail behind the scenes are all part of the same group. Go check the stock price too. All I can say is that this is not a company you can stay at, haha.
