Someone orders boxed lunches for everyone every day. HR handles things very quickly and is quite kind.
There are two sales departments: one for AR glasses and one for modules.
The glasses department mainly sells application scenarios, which I personally find quite difficult to sell. They also require you to be tied to government procurement contracts. If you have no experience with government contracts, be sure not to try it.
The module department has no new products.
The glasses department manager will semi-threateningly tell you to go to another sales department. They are also still looking for people suited to selling AR glasses. Even after they find someone, the position will not be closed.
The MODULE department manager will ask you to sell the inventory they previously purchased. When talking to you, they will say a lot of things; this person overthinks and thinks about many unnecessary things. In the end, you will discover that the inventory is basically a pile of junk.

Although I had searched online before the interview and seen some negative information, I still came because it is difficult to find a job these days. First, let me share my impressions: the company environment is good. The manager interviews were not conducted as individual interviews, but as panel interviews. Since the managers’ schedules happened to align on the day I went, the interview process was somewhat long, but it was enjoyable. Different managers shared my past experience with me from different perspectives and in a conversational manner. The interview process was also completed in one day, saving me the time of making another trip. I think this was great.
As for whether there are too many redundant employees internally, I cannot tell because I am still waiting for news. However, my personal impression of this interview experience is good.
Because I live in Banqiao, I take the Bannan Line to Nangang and then transfer to a bus. The route can get me there, but the working hours are simply not flexible enough. Otherwise, I think I would be even more satisfied.

The advantage is being able to leave work on time
Disregards the Labor Standards Act's leave system. Interviews involve being grilled by Master A. The system is disorganized, and salaries and benefits are at the industry minimum.
No need to work overtime, because the company won’t pay overtime anyway.

The work is flexible, but in reality, the supervisor is shirking responsibility and leaving employees to fend for themselves.
1. After joining, you will find that the department has no established staffing structure or fixed job responsibilities, so you are essentially working alone. Tasks are all assigned ad hoc by the boss, and then the supervisor comes over and repeats what the boss wants.
2. The supervisor has no ideas and sometimes is not even clear about what subordinates are doing. Management is very passive and is usually only proactive about matters the boss cares about.
3. After working here for a while, you will find that some employees slack off excessively, perhaps because there is not much to do. However, when staffing is insufficient, they still use a lottery to assign people. Since the result is entirely a matter of luck, those who are idle remain idle, while those who are busy become even busier.
What they said during the interview sounded great; reality is really great~~ truly.
I absolutely did not say that they sweet-talked you into joining during the interview, but in reality, they can't deliver on anything they promised.
I also didn't say that the video + glasses solution was so bad it couldn't be sold; I absolutely did not say that.
There are absolutely no government projects tied up, and customers absolutely never get angry.
Aside from the executives being happy at the press conference, we are absolutely very happy too.
There is absolutely no overtime, and we absolutely never work beyond regular hours.
HR was polite.
1. The interview waiting time exceeded 30 minutes.

3. Walking from the entrance to the small meeting room, I observed everyone in the office, and there was not much of a happy atmosphere.
Punctual working hours; there is more time spent daydreaming and browsing the internet than working.
A completely inexplicable company. The boss has no ability to judge people at all and has hired a bunch of inexplicable senior executives. Projects are launched haphazardly, there is no product development sense whatsoever, and their comprehension is extremely poor—you have to explain the same thing more than three times, and even when everyone around them understands, they still don’t.
The product department also has no ability to plan products and can only copy others. They even give the company’s confidential information to competitors.
The company has been losing money for many years, its fundamentals are extremely unhealthy, and it has no concept of processes whatsoever. Senior management only thinks about making a fortune every day and has no intention of improving anything.
The company is extremely stingy, with no benefits at all, and there are also a bunch of inexplicable rules, such as having to write a R&D logbook. Are we elementary school students?
There are a bunch of long-serving employees and redundant staff who spend their workdays sleeping and browsing online stores. If you want to coast along and wait out your days, this is a pretty good choice.
The only advantage is that the working hours are regular, and overtime is rarely required.
They have been making smart glasses for several years, yet there are very few profitable projects.
The turnover is high; employees come and go, and someone is replaced before they have even had time to settle in.
There is a nonsensical R&D logbook, and at the end of every quarter everyone has to copy from books en masse.
A welfare fee is deducted from our salaries every month, but there are hardly any benefits.
Unless you really have no other offers to choose from, you should probably only consider this company as a last resort.
The company’s systems and policies are inadequate, the environment is noisy, and the salary and bonuses are below industry standards. It is simply a job with little future that only allows you to make ends meet.
The only advantage is probably that there is not much to do, so the work is not busy and you can leave on time.
