Although I had searched online before the interview and seen some negative information, I still came because it is difficult to find a job these days. First, let me share my impressions: the company environment is good. The manager interviews were not conducted as individual interviews, but as panel interviews. Since the managers’ schedules happened to align on the day I went, the interview process was somewhat long, but it was enjoyable. Different managers shared my past experience with me from different perspectives and in a conversational manner. The interview process was also completed in one day, saving me the time of making another trip. I think this was great.

As for whether there are too many redundant employees internally, I cannot tell because I am still waiting for news. However, my personal impression of this interview experience is good.

Because I live in Banqiao, I take the Bannan Line to Nangang and then transfer to a bus. The route can get me there, but the working hours are simply not flexible enough. Otherwise, I think I would be even more satisfied.
