The Liu-surnamed general affairs manager is two-faced. Anything she assigns must be confirmed repeatedly; she is a supervisor who could be considered lacking in responsibility.
The boss is something of a control freak. Everything has to be discussed in meetings, and because authority is not delegated, you feel tied down in everything you do.
