The company is a complete mess. HR and administration hires you and then tells you to handle finance; people hired as assistant sales staff are told to do production control; and production control assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance supervisor, second only to the boss, drove away all the veteran employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When new employees join, they are told that they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do something, but then nothing ever comes of it. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the new employee is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS staff member, who also raises fish and makes deliveries, is even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. I worked here for less than a year and a half, and everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me has left. The atmosphere at work is extremely unpleasant, and every week someone joins and then leaves.
