The job description does not match. The guaranteed base salary should be 31,000, with 8 days off per month—not 36,000. As I recall, 36,000 is for around 4–5 days off per month. This is quite dishonest. Basically, it is a job similar to an outside sales position, requiring frequent trips outside to show properties and so on. You will spend very little time in the office, and there is performance pressure. Days off are scheduled on Saturdays and Sundays.
