There are too many issues, and the system lacks various types of documentation, making it impossible to tell whether the current or previous supervisor was responsible for approving this outsourced system despite its problems. Things at the underlying level often go wrong, frequently leaving everyone overwhelmed.
Additionally, when system or client issues cause the schedule to be delayed, the supervisor will not accept it. In other words, the time you spend handling client-facing matters will not be counted toward your KPI. This is a job that invites trouble. If you are not mentally prepared for this company's information deficiencies, you probably should not come. After reading the discussions here, I realized that the problems criticized four years ago still have not improved four years later: they continue to make grand promises and still do not accept criticism, although they certainly have plenty of excuses.
