Position: POP Graphic Design Part-Time Worker

Advice/feedback for the company:

The receptionist only said that I would need to take a computer-based test, then took me to the design department and found someone who appeared to be the design department supervisor to provide and explain the test. After that, the interviewer was told to create the POP design independently. The supervisor later left for a meeting, leaving the applicant waiting nearby. As a result, after finishing the design, the applicant could only sit idly in front of the computer. When the supervisor returned, they only asked whether it was finished and took a brief look, then instructed the receptionist to take the applicant out to wait for notification seven days later. They did not explain anything at all about salary, leave, or other benefits. I do not know whether everything had already been listed on the job bank and they were simply too lazy to explain it again.

*To add some context, when I interviewed, Taroko Park was still rushing to complete construction for its opening. The environment received a score of 2 because the building containing the office had not yet been completed. On the day of the interview, the entire first floor was still full of construction debris and had not been tiled. Only the basement office had been completed. During the computer-based test, I heard that there would be a relocation, but I did not know whether it would actually happen.
