The company is a complete mess. People hired for HR and administration are told to do finance; assistants hired for administrative support are told to handle production management; and production management assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The head of finance, second only to the owner, drove away all the long-serving employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When new employees join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do the work, but nothing ever comes of it. Then, whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the new employee is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS employee, who is also responsible for fish farming and deliveries, is even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who was more senior than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is extremely poor, and someone joins and someone leaves every week.
