The company is a complete mess. HR and administrative staff are hired and told to do finance; people hired as administrative assistants are told to handle production control; and production control assistants are told to handle materials management as well as MIS. The finance manager, second only to the boss, drove away all the long-term employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When newcomers join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is fine if they do not know how to do something, but then there is no follow-up. Whenever something goes wrong, they tell the boss that the new employee is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS staff, who also raise fish and make deliveries, are even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who was more senior than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is extremely bad; every week, someone joins and someone else resigns.
