The company is a complete mess. HR and administrative staff are hired and told to do finance; people hired as administrative assistants are told to handle production control; and production control assistants are told to handle materials management and MIS. The head of finance, second only to the boss, drove away all the long-serving employees, creating a gap with no one to hand over their work. When newcomers join, they are told they will be sent to training and that it is okay if they do not know how to do things, but nothing ever comes of it. Then, whenever something goes wrong, the person tells the boss that the newcomer is incompetent and that the feng shui is bad....... The MIS staff, who also raise fish and make deliveries, are even required to help the finance department key in forms. The boss never manages anything and does not even understand how the company operates. In the less than a year and a half I worked here, everyone in the administrative office who had more seniority than me resigned. The atmosphere at work is terrible, and every week someone joins and someone else resigns.
