Before the interview, they sent an email asking me to fill out a form, saying it would make the interview go more smoothly, but in the end they did not look at it at all. They only review it on-site for every interviewee, expect candidates to know a great deal, and then say they cannot afford the salary and can only offer 26–27K. The skills required for the job are inversely proportional to the salary.
