I graduated from a general university’s Department of Information Management and have basic knowledge of app development, frontend, and backend development.
Therefore, after passing the interview at Tienhsia Digital, I chose the app-related assignment (they have this assignment now).
Um...
Just like the computer poker assignment, all the requirements were...
If you’re very interested, you can message me privately, and I can reveal a little about the assignment (not including my own solution).
However, since the assignment is exactly the same (including the time limit), you probably don’t need to ask me.
When signing the employment contract, the company strongly emphasized that internal confidential information must not be disclosed.
(But I don’t know exactly where the limit of their “internal confidential information” lies.
My recognition rate was approximately 70%. Without a time requirement, it should have been possible to improve it to 85%–90%.
(However, when reporting the results, I was worried that something might go wrong, so I intentionally reported it as 50% to avoid an unexpected incident during the demo.)
I have already left the company (the reason is somewhat complicated; it wasn’t simply because I failed to meet the target).
The salary offered by my supervisor was lower than the range (30–70) given by the supervisor during the interview (probably the general manager).
I privately communicated with coworkers during their probationary period using eye contact and hand gestures (?), and it also seemed to be below this range.
However, it may also have been because the supervisors were different, resulting in different salaries.
During the probationary period, the minimum statutory wage under the Labor Standards Act was used as the basis.
