If you don’t encounter a good store manager early on, you’re pretty much done (90% of them are lousy store managers who can’t teach)...

3. In this industry, it’s actually a case of bad money driving out good money. Those who get promoted aren’t necessarily capable; they need to become believers in Uni-President, making the superiors feel that they’re loyal like a dog. Even when being scolded, they can’t bark back. Many management trainees eventually develop mental illnesses (anxiety disorders).
