Employees are generally young, and the workplace atmosphere is cheerful and relaxed. The department’s organization and systems are well established, and the project cycles are short, making it suitable for recent graduates to explore and learn. Managers lead with principles and are also willing to give newcomers opportunities to try things, so newcomers can learn quite a lot. There are opportunities for overseas business trips approximately once every six months. Destinations depend on the project’s travel location and could be Japan or Northern Europe. Each business trip lasts from 5 days to 3 weeks. Although this is a design position, there are also performance bonuses; on average, you can receive bonuses of 4,000–8,000 per month. The base salary is generally in the low 30,000s, and taking on the team leader role seriously will lead to another salary increase.
Overtime is frequent; regularly working until 7 or 8 p.m. every day is normal, and sometimes work continues past midnight. Employee benefits are poor, and the company is very stingy. Despite being a travel agency itself, it does not offer employee trips.
