Don’t assume that you can make easy money, because new hires start at the minimum wage required by the Labor Standards Act. The company’s policies are unclear, and the boss does not want to follow the Labor Standards Act, believing that his own system is better. But then why does he say salaries will follow the minimum wage under the Labor Standards Act? Salary level is one thing; failure to pay on time is another. Delays of 2–7 days happen every month. You also have to learn how to deal with vendors’ collection calls. Avoiding money-related issues seems to be one of the boss’s specialties. If you are a newcomer looking to gain experience, I advise you to go to another company. If you are experienced, you will not be able to accept the salary here. Finally, regardless of whether you work for three days, three weeks, three months, or three years, once you resign, you will not receive the salary you are owed. Many people have suffered as a result. The boss likes to throw his authority around; if he says he is unhappy and does not want to pay you, he will deduct your bonus, just like that. I am someone who used to work there. The above is a true account of my experience, and I hope it serves as a warning to job seekers.
