Probably the only good thing is commiserating with colleagues who are suffering just as much.
The happiest moments are when we complain to each other???
The boss simply cannot listen to what other people say.
So there is no possibility of improving anything, no matter what you say about making improvements or the like.
In short, the boss thinks he is the most capable person in the whole world.
Doing a good job is what you are supposed to do—I accept that.
But as long as you make even the slightest mistake, even if it is your first mistake,
or even if you did not actually make a mistake and merely failed to meet the boss’s wishes,
you will absolutely be humiliated to the extreme.
If you want to humiliate me, fine—but pay my salary first!!!
I strongly recommend that only people with a strong heart, great intelligence, and no financial need apply for this job.
But if you have a strong heart and are very smart, it seems you do not need to lower yourself by working for this company anyway.
From an employee who worked here for several months.
(Why is there no “extremely poor” option???)
None
They use group interviews, and my impression after the interview was that the boss was extremely disrespectful!
Every advantage comes with disadvantages.
A company barely managing to survive, with an extremely poor financial situation—it cannot even manage to pay salaries on time, which is the most basic requirement.
There is freedom at work, but it is so relaxed that you may start to feel uneasy. Don’t assume that you can make easy money, because new hires start at the minimum wage required by the Labor Standards Act. The company’s policies are unclear, and the boss does not want to follow the Labor Standards Act, believing that his own system is better. But then why does he say salaries will follow the minimum wage under the Labor Standards Act? Salary level is one thing; failure to pay on time is another. Delays of 2–7 days happen every month. You also have to learn how to deal with vendors’ collection calls. Avoiding money-related issues seems to be one of the boss’s specialties. If you are a newcomer looking to gain experience, I advise you to go to another company. If you are experienced, you will not be able to accept the salary here. Finally, regardless of whether you work for three days, three weeks, three months, or three years, once you resign, you will not receive the salary you are owed. Many people have suffered as a result. The boss likes to throw his authority around; if he says he is unhappy and does not want to pay you, he will deduct your bonus, just like that. I am someone who used to work there. The above is a true account of my experience, and I hope it serves as a warning to job seekers.
I once interviewed at this company. I came out of the second interview in tears—they went too far.
The reason was that the salary did not meet my expectations. I did not want to waste each other’s time, so I declined on the spot, and the interviewer began hurling insults at me.
Employees who have actually worked here sincerely advise against wasting your life here—not even for a second...
