The pay is insulting. They seem to think that the people they hire aren’t worth that amount. They ask about your salary expectations as if it matters, then offer far less—around 75% of your expected salary is what you’ll actually get—while still expecting you to know this and that. The boss doesn’t seem to have much experience or confidence in recruiting, constantly checking whether what they’re doing is right and asking interviewees what they should do. They also always speak to candidates in a probing tone, unable to trust professionals while simultaneously worrying about hiring the wrong person or offering too high a salary. It’s just completely speechless.
That day was for applying for a frontend position.
At the time, they said they were only looking for one person.
I asked about the required skills,
and they even expected the candidate to be able to do their own design.
The interview notification directly set a date
without even calling to ask whether that day was convenient.
Although the date was later changed,
they still didn't ask which day was convenient for you and directly set a time again.
None
1. Asked about the project process, they directly replied, “That’s none of your business—why do you care so much?”
2. Asked about company details; they kept going in circles, replying, “I have 20 years of experience.”
3. Asked about job details; they kept going in circles, replying, “We’ll see how things go.”
4. As soon as they heard about the salary and benefits, their expression changed and they wanted to send me away.
5. An all-responsibility system—you work yourself to death.
In conclusion, they’re looking for a slave. Don’t know too much, don’t get paid too much, but you do have to work yourself to death—oh, how cute.
