In general, the environment is quite nice, and having cats around is very therapeutic.

During the interview, they said they would notify me, but afterward there was no response. The HR staff did not seem very professional.

The probationary salary was extremely low, yet it felt like I would be expected to do a whole lot. The interview gave the impression of a sweatshop, but they were very good at packaging it.

Thankfully, I hadn’t planned to join this company anyway. They want to recruit talent but offer an extremely low salary. Not recommended.

The company’s workforce is relatively young, and management lacks experience in handling matters. They only make grandiose excuses and pass the buck, and employees often have to remind them how things should be done. Oh, and most importantly, salaries are always paid very late (and are sometimes calculated incorrectly).

The company’s marketing practices seem very much like a scam. They keep making products available for purchase even when there is no stock, and refunds are also extremely slow, making it difficult for employees to handle these situations and forcing them to serve as a shield.

I sincerely advise people not to purchase the products, and not to take their anger out on the employees—they are truly pitiful.

The company colleagues are very nice, and everyone covers for and supports one another. However, the company is practically being held up by its core members at the lower levels. The higher someone rises in the company, the worse their abilities seem to be. The people who started the company are unable to hold it up themselves... It feels like a group of children starting a business and then relying on the people below them to keep it going. You only receive bonuses and benefits if you ask for them; otherwise, even when the company makes money, it will not share it with the people below.

The office environment is quite good—it's spacious and pretty.

Cons:

During the interview, they talked a lot about the company's future vision. Although dreams are beautiful, after being in the workforce for so long and having some work experience, you can tell that once you ask about the details of their grand plans, the boss and managers don't have much planning or ability. It feels like they're just all talk. HR said they were hiring because the company was expanding, but during the interview, the office was extremely empty .......== There were only two or three people...... It felt less like expansion and more like downsizing....

The boss shared many ideas about the company’s future.

The Marketing Director was very easy to talk to.

I was verbally informed after the interview that I had been hired, but was not told the salary.

After I said I hoped to discuss the salary, they said they would inquire about it for me,

but after that, there was no further response.

(The position I applied for required managing ad placements. I had one year of relevant experience, but the company offered NT$28,000.)
