Job duties:
You are required to meet 100 people every day. There is a record sheet that must be returned to the company before leaving each day for the manager to review.
The daily routine is to arrive at the company at 8:00, do team-building, attend a meeting, and practice until around 10:00. Then you head out to your assigned location. You return to the company by around 6:30 to process returns and collect the products for the next day. Team leaders must stay behind for a meeting.
Training program:
During the interview, they claimed to have a 369 training program, but in reality, it now takes managers more than a year to get promoted.
The actual probationary period is only one week, and they expect you to become a team leader within a month......
Salary and benefits:
There is a base salary before becoming a team leader. When it is time for you to become a team leader, they will tell you that you are being "promoted," and then the base salary disappears; instead, you are paid commission according to the number of sets you sell.

Essentially, it is a sales job, but this work may suit certain people. You need to make yourself "force a smile" every day.
The contract signed here is neither one thing nor the other. You may sign a "distributor agreement," but in the end it seems more like an "employment contract."
