Even though I arrived early, I was late on my first day because the time clock was 7–8 minutes fast. After briefly explaining how to prepare the dishes during the day, they left me completely on my own at my station. There were essentially no quality requirements for the food, and someone who had worked for less than a day could serve dishes directly. Breaks also required clocking in and out. After reporting for work, I was not asked to fill out any information or given a uniform. I suspect I was not enrolled in labor and health insurance, because they did not even know the employees’ names. The work schedule was announced every night between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. to indicate whether we would work the next day. I was also not paid after leaving during the trial period. Job seekers, please think twice!
None. Even though the interview was scheduled, I still had to wait for over an hour. The interviewer did not seem sorry upon arrival, which made me feel unvalued.
New employees are not enrolled in labor and health insurance, and no uniforms are provided. The time clock runs fast, but the end-of-work time is uncertain. Breaks must also be clocked. The work schedule is announced every night between around 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. It is a family-run business with no systems in place, and they are very good at making empty promises.
