Read the community guidelinesThe pay raises are quite generous, which is pretty good.
The administrative staff got into the company through connections and are nothing short of puppets for management.
After testing positive, I went to work for two days and wanted to take COVID-19 sick leave, but because the administrative staff themselves had failed to create a register,
they made up the excuse that a photo of a rapid test taken on the day of diagnosis had to be provided in order to take COVID-19 sick leave.
But the point is, this was never even announced???
They wouldn’t even come and explain it themselves, instead having a senior manager say that we could only take regular sick leave (which deducts perfect-attendance pay ^^).
What can low-level employees like us do? :)
I can't think of any.
The environment is very poor. The partitions around the individual workspaces are old and covered in dust.
The environment preview on the job bank website should only be used as a reference.
The warehouse is an indoor space with a high ceiling and an added structure; the stairways are partitioned with wooden boards.
It feels quite dangerous.
Although there is no mandatory overtime requirement, there is neither overtime pay nor a compensatory leave system.
It is quite nice that bells remind you when it is time to start work, finish work, and take breaks.

The restroom is very dirty.
Unless you really can't hold it in,
don't use the company restroom.

A certain male manager is very “concerned” about female colleagues:
“Concerned” about how many relationships female colleagues have had
“Concerned” about why female colleagues broke up with their boyfriends
“Concerned” about why female colleagues are still unmarried
“Concerned” about female colleagues’ hair texture
“Concerned” about female colleagues’ skin texture
“Concerned” about whether female colleagues’ clothes are knitted or woven
(While showing his “concern,” he also pulls their clothes closer to look.)
If you do not respond properly to his “concern,”
he will say that you are “not communicating.”
This person’s catchphrase is:
“I’m just concerned,
concerned—do you understand?”

You’re good at English?
Then you’re doomed.
You’re good at Japanese?
Then you’re doomed.
You’re good at both English and Japanese?
Then you’ll be staying late at the company.
The company’s senior management emphasizes that “the more capable should do more,”
so
senior employees use “not understanding English or Japanese” as an excuse
to push their work onto newcomers.
The senior employees browse online shopping sites at work,
and as soon as 6 p.m. arrives,
they leave work on time.
The newcomers still have to stay behind and work overtime.
The senior employees will even mock you:
“You’re earning overtime pay.”
“This is a learning opportunity for you.”

The salary for university graduates
is 26,000–28,000.
The work is both plentiful and miscellaneous.
There is a lot of overtime.
Sometimes you even have to work overtime on Saturdays.
There is no personal life.

Strange people and strange things.
One manager instructed their subordinate:
For business-trip souvenirs,
just prepare ballpoint pens.
Despite this incredibly ridiculous remark,
the subordinates actually chimed in in agreement.
6、
Someone has an obsession with the letter “X.”
Before speaking: “X.”
After finishing speaking: “X.”
When angry, they bombard people with “X” even more.
This person is actually very ignorant and deeply insecure.
Unable to win people over through work performance,
they can only use an extremely loud volume
and an extremely high frequency of “X”
to show off their authority.
