Read the community guidelinesThe staff are quite easy to get along with.
The person in charge doesn’t know how to lead people, and there are problems with their leadership and coordination. The scope of the work is undefined—you’re told to do whatever needs to be done. There are no SOPs, and no experienced employees to guide you (they’ve all resigned). As a result, they keep recruiting and training new employees over and over. Filled out a résumé at the office before the interview
Then waited about 20 minutes for the manager
After looking at the résumé, he said he was looking for someone with work experience
The interview was hastily wrapped up after about five minutes
However, he did mention that the current company’s organization is undergoing restructuring
There are currently only about 20 employees at the Taoyuan site
(Although he was quite honest, I still felt disrespected)
