The staff are quite easy to get along with.
The person in charge doesn’t know how to lead people, and there are problems with their leadership and coordination. The scope of the work is undefined—you’re told to do whatever needs to be done. There are no SOPs, and no experienced employees to guide you (they’ve all resigned). As a result, they keep recruiting and training new employees over and over. Things won’t improve unless the person in charge is replaced!
