Salaries paid on time
The person in charge of this company has absolutely no social experience and only knows how to make empty promises to employees. They act one way publicly and another way privately. When they take a dislike to an employee, they sow discord among the staff. Employees who join this company may be asked to leave after about a week or half a month if their performance does not meet the person in charge’s expectations or if they are disliked, with the excuse that they are not a good fit.
Even worse, a former colleague was dismissed without warning before the Lunar New Year and received virtually no severance pay. What a terrible company. Job seekers considering joining this company, please think twice!
Regular working hours, no overtime, and salaries are paid on time.
A family-run company with fewer than ten employees, where whatever the boss says goes. There are no special benefits. No employee dinners. No company trips.
There is no comprehensive pre-employment training for sales staff, and no regional divisions. The company’s existing customers are not shared with sales staff; they can only develop new customers themselves. New customers generate a development bonus (2%) for only one year. After one year, those new customers revert to the company’s control, and the sales employee’s customer list is reset to zero and they have to start developing customers again. Once a sales employee’s resources have been exhausted, management criticizes them for poor performance, begins making things difficult, and pressures them to leave. After they are fired, a new sales employee is brought in and the process of exploiting them continues. Management always wins.
New employees have to sign a pile of waivers that provide workers with no protection. Employees should pay close attention to their own rights and interests. A small company has the management style of a large corporation.
