1. Public holidays off
Cons
The company atmosphere is extremely poor, with every department working against one another. The work is very unpleasant, and employees worry that their supervisors or the boss will find fault with them. There is virtually no benefits system: no annual leave, and sales staff and drivers receive no overtime pay. Salaries and bonuses are decided entirely at the boss’s discretion, with no transparency at all, and deductions are made from time to time for various reasons. The boss is a typical second-generation rich person, completely impossible to communicate with, and extremely harsh toward employees, showing no mercy! Employees are required to sign employment terms. If they refuse to sign, they are either threatened with dismissal or told that the company has a team of lawyer consultants ready to sue people! Please think carefully before attending the interview!

2. There is a fuel allowance, but no maintenance allowance.
3. Cold calling is required, but not extensively.
4. There are not many benefits; you have to rely on your own efforts to earn commissions.
