Read the community guidelinesSeeing that this company has posted job openings again, I’m here to point out its advantages so newcomers can have some idea of what to expect, in case anyone sees this.
As of 2025:
The entire company has been saying every year for the past three years that it is losing money. As you can imagine, there are absolutely no benefits. Employee trips? None. At the Dragon Boat Festival and Mid-Autumn Festival, they give one or two thousand dollars just to show they’re doing something. They even choose not to pay employees for typhoon days off!
Young people, don’t waste your time coming here—unless you want to draw one salary while doing the work of five people.
The on-site leadership supervisors don’t even know how to do the hands-on work. A manager earning a respectable 80,000–90,000 a month doesn’t even know basic spray painting; he only knows how to fold cardboard boxes, a highly replaceable task. The reports and data he produces are also just copied and pasted, and he has no idea how to answer questions about them. If he’s unhappy, he’ll simply yell at you loudly without caring whether he’s right or wrong. It’s also possible that the stock market plunged that morning and he was in a bad mood, so he took it out on the operators.
The supervisors earning 50,000–60,000 a month operate basic robots terribly, and their manual welding looks as if it was done by a ghost.
The deputy supervisor can’t even perform the basic task of changing dies on a punch press. Most absurdly, he doesn’t even know how to turn on the machine’s power or where the lights in the work area are. It’s hilarious: he earns 30,000–40,000 a month, but his practical skills are inadequate, and his written reports are full of typos. He also just copies and pastes without thinking at all.
Then they use every possible form of “emotional blackmail” to pressure you into using all your annual leave, solely because they don’t want to pay the year-end compensation for unused leave. What happens if you don’t use it all? It gets reset to zero!
Isn’t that illegal? Figure it out yourself.
How could such a great company possibly have any drawbacks? Hehehehe
You won't be fired for being absent without leave continuously.
The transformation failed during the first three years, and the company has been in the red every year for three consecutive years. There are holiday bonuses, but handing out NT$1,000 or NT$2,000 feels like charity. Employee trips used to be offered, with a group fee of NT$2,000 per person—as if it were an elementary school field trip—but this year the employee trip was canceled outright.
The salary structure is top-heavy and bottom-light, a complete nightmare. At this rate, prepare for the company to close down in a few years.
