Almost entirely made up of old-timers, each with their own backers; infighting is extremely severe, gossip culture is widespread, and internal friction is extremely serious. Productivity is low; the only focus is on COST DOWN. Things that should be done are not done, professionalism is not valued, talent is not valued, and people cannot fully use their abilities. The old-timers monopolize the technology, while newcomers have nothing to learn. You can only understand all kinds of strange problems and behind-the-scenes dealings after joining.
