The boss, Mr. Kuo... loves to nag and write DMs / only wants to use free tools to do business. He loves holding meetings (inefficient, full of pointless talk, with every meeting lasting at least two hours), loves scolding employees, is arrogant and ignorant, is always stuck in outdated marketing thinking from 20–30 years ago, and loves giving random orders from the sidelines. An incompetent commander wears out the troops. The moisture-proof cabinet never changes after a thousand years; he just wants to keep profiting forever, deceiving customers and distributors. During the probationary period, labor insurance fees are high while wages are underreported (violating the Labor Standards Act), and he also makes you sign a non-compete clause (with no compensation as required by law, making it effectively invalid). It is a family business (son/daughter-in-law/wife/daughter-in-law all work at the company). There are five long-serving employees approaching retirement who have worked there for 20 years; they all have the selfish attitude that it is better to avoid taking on extra matters. The work atmosphere is poor (everyone just does their own thing—extremely selfish)... In short, don’t go there. The boss says he wants to retire, but in reality he gives random orders from the sidelines every day, leaving you feeling helpless. He only knows how to scold employees and never encourages them. Terrible company—whatever you do, don’t go there ^.^

The work atmosphere is terrible. Departments dislike each other, and if someone is unhappy, they immediately start yelling insults. Several employees who have worked here for more than five years have very arrogant attitudes and lecture others without holding back. Arriving at work an hour late every day is considered normal, and disappearing for long periods during working hours is routine. They complain about the boss, customers, and coworkers almost every day; they are strict with others but lenient with themselves and never reflect on their own behavior—it is always someone else’s fault. Everyone pushes responsibility onto one another, and when something happens, they avoid it if they can. You can work overtime until you drop dead, but don’t even think about getting a raise!
