Several employees who have worked here for more than five years have very arrogant attitudes and lecture others without holding back. Arriving at work an hour late every day is considered normal, and disappearing for long periods during working hours is routine. They complain about the boss, customers, and coworkers almost every day; they are strict with others but lenient with themselves and never reflect on their own behavior—it is always someone else’s fault. Everyone pushes responsibility onto one another, and when something happens, they avoid it if they can. You can work overtime until you drop dead, but don’t even think about getting a raise!
