The dark inside story:
Three shameless cultural blank checks served all-you-can-eat: the boss absolutely loves inspirational chicken soup and talking about dreams.
But you won’t get even a single dollar—only a plateful of blank checks.
The Labor Standards Act bunker:
This company completely ignores the Labor Standards Act. Overtime pay and leave are handled entirely outside legal requirements, blatantly exploiting workers. They criticize employees for having a poor attitude or for not obeying.
The ultimate blame-shifting competition:
The boss and managers are masters of passing the buck.
The people at the top are never wrong; scrutinizing frontline staff and humiliating employees is their specialty.
Don’t go under any circumstances, unless you want to experience a slave system. This isn’t a job,
it’s a high-pressure survival game of “workplace class aesthetics.”
The boss and veteran managers perfectly demonstrate how to treat frontline employees as disposable fuel and send them into the crematorium.
Join the Yongchuan crematorium-level hell of public-works operations, enter with a belly full of passion, and ultimately turn directly to ashes.
Regardless of whether they have experience or are newcomers or long-serving employees, everyone who joins this company without exception is thrown into project sites full of problems. On top of that, the veteran senior managers, who love hierarchy, are exceptionally good at slacking off and passing the buck.
Newcomers, don’t mistakenly think you are the hope of the whole village—you are actually starting out directly in hell mode.
Pros:
1. You can eat a lot of big promises that you otherwise wouldn’t get to eat
2. Starting salary is below the industry standard
3. The boss occasionally tells stories about the old days
4. Very skilled at criticizing employees
1. Labor and health insurance are not based on the insured salary bracket
2. Overtime is not paid according to the applicable overtime multiplier
3. The fixed-responsibility system works you to death
4. The boss decides whether to give a raise based on how he feels
5. Construction drawings are missing things here and there; it is considered normal for all five major systems to be missing from the drawings
6. Frontline site employees work extremely long hours
7. A layered, overlapping organizational structure
8. Veteran-level managers are better at passing the buck than producing results
9. There is no training or development system
10. Some materials at the site have been there longer than the employees’ years of service
I’ve worked here for more than two years. Although there’s a lot of work, I have to say that the boss is very considerate of employees. Even though they often scold us verbally, they privately buy things and treat the employees. The performance-based year-end bonus system is really good—your hard work throughout the year is reflected in your year-end bonus. When I first joined, my salary was really low, but after a year it increased significantly. Everyone gets along very harmoniously and happily (maybe because I’m the youngest one here, haha~). Overall, I think it’s pretty good!
Um~ The boss sometimes swears? (I can’t think of anything else.)
No advantages or benefits whatsoever
1. No overtime pay or meal allowance
2. A duty-based system that works you to death
3. The company has many sycophants
4. Poor computer equipment
5. The most unreasonable demand is that you cannot leave work on time when your shift ends. The boss requires every employee to stay an additional 2–3 hours after the end of each workday. If you do not comply with the boss’s demands, you will immediately be told to resign. Normal working hours are 8:30 to 17:30, but I stayed an extra hour and did not leave until 18:30, and the boss still thought I left too early, saying that we should work until at least 20:30. The boss would even personally call you and tell you to get lost if you could not comply with this company policy. What a shameless company.
