1. Most of the upper management consists of armchair strategists and incompetent leaders, leaving subordinates to fend for themselves and figure things out on their own. Subordinates also constantly receive answers from their superiors such as, “This is simple, right? I can’t do anything either; I don’t know.” They show none of the qualities expected of a supervisor. Those who pretend to be asleep can never be awakened.
2. The organizational culture is extremely poor, and employees are often arbitrarily transferred to different departments, or even across units, with no regard whatsoever for their feelings.
3. Cross-departmental collaboration is impossible. Problems are simply passed back and forth, with no desire at all to work together to resolve them. The highest levels of management only know how to scold and do not coordinate; they even often put on airs of moral superiority.

This company requires employees to use their time after work to clean the company premises and toilets.
Moreover, the managers love to shirk responsibility and lack ability.
This is mainly because the managers are all company shareholders;
they became managers not because they were more capable.
In an environment like this, what can anyone expect?
When the company has a large number of orders,
everyone is forced to work overtime on Saturdays.
On average, everyone also has to work two hours of overtime every day.
Recently, the company has not been receiving many orders,
so it has forced everyone to take time off,
and has even started pressuring people to resign voluntarily.
The senior managers are also all stubborn
and unwilling to change their way of thinking.
On the surface, they encourage employees to share their opinions,
but if an employee's ideas differ from those of senior management,
they will be harshly berated,
then labeled as incompetent and deliberately given a hard time.
I originally wanted to endure it for the sake of my family,
but recently I have truly felt that this company has no future.
I will resign and look for a new job after receiving my year-end bonus.

1. The supervisors are afraid of taking responsibility and lack decisiveness. When colleagues are difficult to get along with, they often make sarcastic remarks and form cliques.
2. After I resigned, they refused to provide my bankbook, deliberately withheld my wages, and kept making excuses when I called to inform them, such as saying I was on leave or had not received the bankbook. The excuses were utterly ridiculous.
3. From 7:50 to 8:00, we had to do morning exercises. After work ended at 5:00, we had to stay behind to clean the toilets. After lunch, we had to take turns cleaning the cafeteria and emptying the food-waste bins.
