The Kaohsiung office only has two trucks, both manual transmission. One is a mainland Chinese brand, and the other leaks when it rains.
Both interiors are extremely dirty and messy—disgusting.
The company requires drivers to register before taking a vehicle out, but here’s the ridiculous part: if the driver is reported or photographed for a traffic violation, the passengers also have to split half the fine. Hilarious. What does their reckless driving have to do with me?
On 104, the salary was listed as NT$30,000, but after joining, it was only NT$26,000. They said salary adjustments depended on how well you absorbed and learned things.
There was a three-month probation period, and they said the salary would be adjusted once if they thought your performance was OK. Ridiculous, right?
In the end, the supervisor had no idea how to manage people and even said they didn’t have time to teach you anything.
When asked questions, you were expected to explain what information about the company’s products you had learned on your own.
No matter how much you said, they would tell you that you only had one point. They gave you that one point only because you were a company employee, and you needed 100 points before they would raise your salary.
What a joke. This is basically a lousy company suppressing salaries.
Then why hire new people? They’re just tricking people into joining to do sales, but in reality you go to construction sites every day. Terrible.

The supervisor at the southern branch came from a construction-site background.
He is the only one doing sales.
104 lists the salary as 30,000, but in reality it is only 26K. This is already false advertising and violates the Employment Service Act.
The labor and health insurance are also reported at a lower salary than the actual amount.
You apply for a sales position, but after joining, they do not provide DMs or a price list; they only send you to the construction site to help out.
The supervisor’s male sales assistant treats his minor authority like a weapon and bosses you around all day.
He will even secretly look at the LINE conversations on your computer, infringing on your privacy rights.
When you raise the issue with the supervisor, he has no legal literacy and only tells you, “Don’t talk to me about personality rights.”
As expected, he has the mindset of a low-level laborer. Pathetic.
He even angrily punches the desk and yells, “Is this what my company is for you people to argue about?” Then why don’t you manage your assistant properly?
Pathetic that a man in his thirties is still working as an assistant.
