Read the community guidelinesWhen new employees first join the company, they are assigned a senior colleague to guide them for a period of time. They are then evaluated, and only after passing the assessment are they assigned to work independently. After joining the sales team, apart from clocking in and out, employees arrange their own schedules for visiting clients and handling repairs. As long as they can communicate well with clients, the work is not stressful. The company provides official vehicles, so there are very few situations in which employees need to use their own cars. Ordinary leave requests are generally approved, except that sick leave requires supporting documentation. As long as the company is not losing money or the price differs too much from market rates, the company generally does not interfere with how sales staff and clients negotiate prices.
On regular workdays, employees are required to work an additional half hour, and they are required to work every other Saturday. However, overtime pay is calculated based on the statutory minimum wage, with regular wages excluded from the calculation. After one year, regardless of seniority, employees are always given only seven days of annual leave. The base salary always remains at the amount negotiated with the boss when joining the company and is never adjusted. Because there is no sales assistant position, general supplier inquiries and client communications are handled through accounting, but the accounting staff are not particularly pleasant about it.
