As long as you know how to flatter the boss and make him happy, the salary is negotiable~

Cons

The boss is a fascist~ The boss likes handsome men and beautiful women~ Even if you are not good-looking, you still have to know how to flatter him; otherwise, you may be told to leave at any time at this company.

When the boss tells someone to leave, they make you pack up that very night and tell you not to come in the next day~ There is absolutely no notice or communication to speak of.

No matter how long you work here, it is always the same.

The company's employee turnover is extremely high~ Regardless of the position, turnover is very high~ When you first join, the company complies with the Labor Standards Act and pays overtime~ Later, whether you get paid depends on the boss's mood~ There is no system at the company; everything depends entirely on the boss's mood.

The company is completely unable to retain talent~ Internal infighting among employees is extremely serious~

Because all the talent has left, the company has done no product research and development and has no competitiveness or quality whatsoever. Now it can only compete with companies in mainland China by cutting prices~ It is only a matter of time before the company goes under.

Pros

1. The company is making money, so this is not an easy job; it is almost impossible to spend your workday playing on your phone. Those looking for a place to coast are advised not to join.

2. Treat others politely and fairly, and you can work here steadily. Only those who talk back to the boss will be dismissed; even then, severance pay is provided in accordance with the Labor Standards Act.

3. Everyone wants to hear the truth. When expressing your opinions, please use a high EQ and phrase your words tactfully; no one likes hurtful words that directly hit their vulnerabilities.

4. The boss is very traditional and sincere toward people, though he has a bit of a fiery temper (which has been improving). Treat and respect him like a strict father in the family, and put in the effort—you will feel his reciprocation.

Cons

It is genuinely very demanding.
