1. During the interview, they said there would be training, but there wasn't. Moreover, the supervisor responsible for the handover at the time provided no explanation or handover at all; they couldn't even answer questions about the case details.
2. Every week, you have to write a weekly plan, compile statistics, and update your job description yourself.
3. Even buying a small cart or a broom and mop requires writing a CSW (describing the motivation, situation, data, and price comparison).

1: The position discussed during the interview differed from the actual job duties. Miscellaneous tasks also had to be handled (not an assistant position).
2: Supervisors could freely take materials without informing the relevant personnel about the records. Their attitude was arrogant.
3: The work process was extremely problematic, with schedules not being followed at all and changes being made arbitrarily.
4: The pay system was not mentioned at all during the initial interview. You only learned the facts when you received your paycheck. I will not go into further detail.

1. I arrived at the company for the interview at the scheduled time, but had to wait until the relevant interviewer finished dealing with other matters before the interview could begin, wasting nearly an hour. The company's internal communication is very poor.
2. During the interview, the supervisor brought up additional job responsibilities. Why not clearly list them on the website from the beginning? During the interview, they asked one by one whether I was willing to take them on, which was a real waste of time.
