1. During the interview, they said there would be training, but there wasn't. Moreover, the supervisor responsible for the handover at the time provided no explanation or handover at all; they couldn't even answer questions about the case details.
2. Every week, you have to write a weekly plan, compile statistics, and update your job description yourself.
3. Even buying a small cart or a broom and mop requires writing a CSW (describing the motivation, situation, data, and price comparison).
4. Salary payments are always postponed when they coincide with a holiday.
5. In 2024, employees were forced to take three additional days of leave after their annual leave, without any discussion with the employees at all.
6. One female supervisor has poor emotional control and often shifts blame and takes credit.
