Pros

There are basically none. Any positives are simply about getting along with colleagues privately and have nothing to do with the company.

Cons

To condense my impression of this company into a few simple words: it takes advantage of its employees. I strongly do not recommend it!

These words are not merely my personal impression; they reflect the shared sentiment I had when chatting privately with current and former employees before leaving.

Disadvantages:

1. Many of the company’s processes are excessively cumbersome. Requesting leave requires submitting an official document through the system, and requesting supplies also requires submitting an official document through the system.

Instead of shortening processes as much as possible, the company spends time running through a large number of procedures. Efficiency is not high.

My impression is that the processes look like those of a large company, but in practice, the only thing that feels like a large company is the process itself.

2. The first three months are a probationary period, but after the probationary period ends, you may continue being kept on probation if you do not proactively request confirmation.

Human Resources does not follow the rules established by the company. In my view, this makes the company undermine its own credibility and can also leave new employees feeling disheartened.

3. There are many small cliques within the company, and interdepartmental support and communication are uncommon.

If the phone in another department rings, there may be no one available to answer it at that moment, while the other departments nearby simply turn a blind eye.

4. Supervisors do not proactively take employees’ feelings into consideration.

This may vary between departments, but the department I was in made this issue extremely apparent.

There are also supervisors who rely on their seniority, even though they have actually only been with the company for two or three years.

5. After joining the company, you may have to take on quite a few tasks unrelated to the position you applied for.

Even when a department is understaffed, as long as the company does not intend to hire, cannot find people, or cannot retain them, the department’s workload is simply imposed on the existing staff.

Salaries do not increase as a result, and there is no incentive system.

There are many other problems, but they are too numerous to list individually.

The biggest problem I experienced at this company is that it seems not to care about its high employee turnover.

Almost all of the company’s long-serving employees are concentrated in certain departments; in the remaining departments, employees have generally been there for no more than two or three years.

I suggest that job seekers carefully consider the points above before going to an interview at this company.

Pros

.Pleasant relationships with colleagues

.1.5-hour lunch break

.Three free late arrivals (not penalized)

Cons

.Generally low average tenure; some employees have only just completed one year

.Many consultants, but no supervisors

.Many urgent requests, and the work is not planned out

.No overtime pay (because no one dares to apply for it)

.Required to fill out a guarantee letter (the content of the guarantee letter is very bizarre)

.Temporary contract employees during the probationary period

.Starting salary is still relatively low even with extensive work experience

.Interviewers are very unfamiliar with the job responsibilities (for some positions)

.One person is expected to handle multiple roles

Pros

Can't think of any at the moment

Cons

1. The first three months are a probationary period under a contract-based employment arrangement, renewed month by month, so there is actually not much job security. The starting salary for an assistant is NT$26,000.

2. After the three-month probationary period, employees will be enrolled in the company's group insurance plan.

3. Because suitcases are stored there, the company environment is somewhat cluttered. The office is located farther inside, and it cannot be seen during the interview, so I don't know what the work atmosphere is like.
